My Mom has called @Comcast cares 24 times. When they say they're putting a agent on to help us, a recording says"There's no agent available now" and disconnects

Finally an outside vendor was called in to set up their @Comcastcares. He said it was very hard, complained. Then put in a “temporary fix”.

Then he told her that @Comcastcares should get a new line (couldn’t believe she had any service) and attach it underground from hub to hub.
@ejbornstein and all of my great tweeters were sad. Also a terrible storm came here with tornadoes and we worried about the flimsy wires
