The Texas grocery store chain is set to launch a nearly $500,000 "Fresh Initiative" remodel at its 407 South Adams location in Fredericksburg next year. On the AICPA Tax Practice Quarterly Webcast just now they said don't put client information into a public AI tool as it creates a 7216 disclosure issue and said instead to use a business or enterprise version that does not do training on data and keeps your data private. They specifically call it a Tool. This seems to put to bed this 7216 shenanigans #TaxTwitter

#Measles infections across the country continue to rise. New numbers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show more than 4,500 confirmed cases so far this year, more than double last year's total.
The past two weeks alone brought more than 500 new infections. That's more than the nation recorded from 2022 through 2024 combined. ***not good***
