I made it! 2,000km of the UK, from Lands End to John O’Groats. If you fancy congratulating me through sponsorship, I’d be v grateful - in aid of @SussexCricketFd’s Sporting Memories coffee mornings.

Absolutely fed up to the back teeth with @SkyUK - two HOURS on the phone so far, over two days, and they still haven't got things sorted.

I drew this last November 26th knowing full well no self-respecting family newspaper in the country would be likely to print it. I was right. But given the events of this weekend, I’m gonna to let ‘er rip anyway.

Tried to buy tickets for the @ICC Test
Final just now, all of two hours after priority booking opened (doesn’t even open to the general public until Friday). All sold out. But miraculously resale sites have loads available for upwards of £250 a ticket. Grrrrrr

Such a terrible disaster.
My dad was on the train immediately before (or was it after?). His telegram to my granny, reassuring her to that effect, arrived in the UK before the news of the disaster had broken, so she didn’t know what it meant when she first read it.
At about this time 71 years ago, my grandpa Ted Brett and two of my grandma's brothers boarded a train in Palmerston North. These young men were among 285 people whose journey ended in disaster at Tangiwai

So Marisa Tomei looks hot at 60 and this is cringe because a woman shouldn’t be trying to look sexually appealing at this age yet Pamela Anderson is also embarrassing because she’s 60 and isn’t trying to keep up her sexual appeal. You guys get why women are tired of your shit?

This wasn’t necessarily the most diplomatic of speeches at the OSCE Ministerial in 🇲🇹 , but it was certainly truthful, to the point and effective. @radeksikorski 🇵🇱

17,000 children dead… and the international community stands by and watches impotently
In Gaza we are unlearning a century of lessons about the vicious cycle of war.
We need a ceasefire and a two-state solution now… or will all suffer the consequences for a century to come

Man sits by me on train.
MAN: Loads of psychopaths around here
ME: Really?
MAN: Loads mate
ME: How'd you know?
MAN: There's signs aren't there?
ME: I guess?
MAN: I love them
(47 minutes of awkward silence.)
Man leaves train, he has a bike. I realise he was saying 'cycle paths'.
Thank you and happy birthday, @parkrunUK! Goodness, this morning at @hillyfdsparkrun was exhausting…but hey, I did it.
