औद्योगीकरण से पहले ग्रामीण भारत में जजमानी व्यवस्था प्रचलित थी। पंडित, धोबी, नाई, कहार, कुम्हार, बढ़ई, मुसहर, महापात्र ब्राह्मण आदि के साथ समस्त जातियों के परिवारों के पुश्तैनी संबंध फिक्स होते थे।
आज भी विवाह से लेकर मृत्यु संस्कार तक में ये परंपरागत सामाजिक संबंध आज भी है ।

हर जातिगत विवाद में नहीं लग सकता SC-ST एक्ट!
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने फिर से स्पष्ट किया है कि केवल शिकायतकर्ता के अनुसूचित जाति या जनजाति से होने के आधार पर एससी-एसटी एक्ट के तहत अपराध नहीं बन जाता।
मामले में जाति के आधार पर अपमानित करने और जातिसूचक शब्दों के इस्तेमाल से जुड़े आरोपों का स्पष्ट होना भी जरूरी है।

Even now you are only saying fadnavis and not modi. You have "sanghi" in your profile as if all this is not condoned by rss and bjp and only fadnavis and few IT cell is responsible. The sychophancy will not go away so easily. It is a huge task to convince someone when they are brainwashed. This is not a hit on comman man. I stand with him. But this is a realisation to all my fellow GC activists - dont give up because ppl are stubborn. It is human nature to be so. Find out, try out and share innovative ways or realisations of what worked in convincing your fellow mates. Share success stories so that others can learn. Changing someone views is difficult once they have been brainwashed. It is even more difficult when they are inherently stubborn by character. But there are millions of Hindus who are not brainwashed yet. Focus on them. Convince them. Share your success stories. Others will realize when the pain reaches home.
