AxiomProver's swarm built the proof in 50 million lines of Lean, over 24 days. The repository is the largest Lean code base to date. Code generation at this scale forced us to reimagine the underlying engineering infrastructure. We saw a glimpse of the future of swarm coding.

The problem is Kassam spent the whole of Reform conference briefing journalists he was being lined up as Nigel Farage's chief of staff. He's recently spent a lot of time in Reform HQ. He constantly boasts about how close he is to Farage. So Farage can't "distance himself". He either cuts him loose. Or remains contaminated.
The problem with racial politics is that deniability is not always plausible. Raheem Kassam's "Nigeria" strategy is already rebounding; Farage is struggling to distance himself from him...

This is getting stranger. Raheem Kassam calls Kemi Badenoch a “Nigerian scammer”. Jenrick won’t condemn it. Kruger won’t condemn it. Now Farage can’t give Sally Nugent a straight answer about it either. Kassam says he has no official Reform role but also says he regularly visits Reform HQ. So the obvious question is: Why is Reform finding it so difficult simply to distance itself from him and his comments?
Car crash alert 🚨 Sally Nugent asks Nigel Farage about Raheem Kassam's “Nigerian scammer” comments on Kemi Badenoch and his response is painful to watch. #bbcbreakfast

Farage lies outright here about the role of Raheem Kassam. He was his UKIP head of staff, and considered running for the leadership. He isn’t “someone in America” but his close advisor

🇷🇸 Something hopeful from Serbia 👉 and a blow to Putin ✅ After nearly two years of student-led protests against corruption and creeping authoritarianism, Aleksandar Vučić has conceded defeat. A movement that began after the Novi Sad station disaster has just beaten a political machine that dominated Serbia for 12 years. That matters far beyond Serbia. Strongmen survive by convincing people resistance is pointless. Then one day people organise, vote and discover the strongman was not inevitable after all. The students still have an enormous job ahead of them. But today Serbia has reminded Europe of something important: Authoritarianism can look permanent right up until the moment it isn’t.

Anthropic already has $132bn of cash. Add a ~$140bn IPO, $77bn of committed funding from Google, Amazon and Broadcom and cash from a business growing 14x a year and it could be sitting on roughly $400bn by the end of 2027. That's more firepower than almost any company on earth, aimed at one thing and one thing only: compute. In a race where the winner is whoever can build the most, Anthropic is about to have the deepest pockets in AI outside of Big Tech itself.
Anthropic's lock up is wild… Insiders get released in waves over a full year after the IPO, most of them timed right after earnings. Then: - Day 180 frees every share left under the standard lock up. - Day 365 frees everything else.

The largest math proof in human history is now computer-verified. Today, Axiom announces a complete Lean auto-formalization of the Classification of Finite Simple Groups, the "periodic table of symmetry." About 15,000 pages, built by over 100 mathematicians across generations.

I guess I'm old-fashioned, but I think it should be a bigger story that the eldest son of the President of the United States is vacationing with corrupt Russian oligarchs.
Wow. Financial Times reports that Trump Jr. went on a Mongolian hunting trip with the Russian businessman who financed his wedding party. The trip was in August, three months after the wedding. ft.com/content/f41fc704-c9e6…

Another story impossible to imagine in any other administration: the president's son goes hunting with a Russian criminal who is part of Putin's security entourage

From tomorrow Oxford Street is going to be car-free, bus free and it is set to be pedestrianisation only. The stretch between Orchard Street, near Selfridges, and Great Portland Street, just east of Oxford Circus, will be closed to vehicles. Buses, taxis, private hire vehicles, bicycles, scooters and pedicabs will all be diverted.

Do u really think they’ll keep paying the security guards long-term? Once they disappear, cyclists will just ignore the rules again. It’s gonna be dangerous, especially with the modified e-bikes.

Cyclists are the worst… think the rules of the road don’t apply to them and are often extremely pretentious. This is coming from someone who e-bikes everywhere!

Cyclists are continuing to ride along the newly pedestrianised section of Oxford Street, despite being asked to dismount. Around seven security staff have been stationed near Oxford Circus, calling out to cyclists to get off their bikes, with mixed success. Deleted Instagram, TikTok and Twitter on the same day. Lasted 4 hours. Then a friend sent a link. “Just try this.” 8 months later, my manager asked if I got a coach. It was Deepstash. 📲
