Jogen Chowdhury was a true pride of Bengal and India, and a profound inspiration to artists across the world—including me personally.
My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, admirers, and countless well-wishers across the globe.
He served as an AITC Rajya Sabha MP from 2014 to 2020, representing civil society, and was honoured with the prestigious Banga Bibhushan in 2012.
His passing leaves an irreparable void in the world of art and culture. His remarkable legacy and contribution will continue to inspire generations to come.
