What exactly is going on with you guys? You don't respond to emails, you don't respond to WhatsApp messages, nothing! 😢
My account has been unverified for over two months, and despite my repeated follow-ups, nothing has been done. Honestly, this is becoming frustrating and quite ridiculous at this point.
Now, my payment links aren't even working, and I still can't get a response from anyone. This is really disappointing, especially when l've made several attempts to get these issues resolved.
Can someone please take responsibility and address these issues urgently? I need my account verification sorted out, and my payment links need to be working again. The lack of communication and support is increasingly sickening 🤮
