Watching someone burn to death on stream and typing “nooooo" in the chat
Manuel Otto, mobile game developer behind 'Stick Run', has self-immolated on livestream as fans watched.

Never saw the show but man, production needed to spend like five minutes on gore sites. You do NOT just sit down after being shot in the head.
A series following a fictionalized version of the IP2 streamers would be fun. Like an even more fucked up version of Skins.
My biggest problem with the movie is it’s clearly preying on dumb people because why would you ever let someone ideologically opposed to you interview you????
Also, nothing really interesting happens. There’s no big mystery, action, horror, nothing. Just talk about fraud.
I loved “You Can See Everything.” But it left a sour taste: why would it be unethical for Holmes and Evans to get paid??
This is not a straight documentary. Fielder is shaping a performance amongst the 3 of them. So the conventional journalistic prohibition on paying sources doesn’t clearly apply. Framing A24’s financial interest as the neutral business of making a movie, while Evans’s as a moral failing feels flawed.
And then the part that gets sour is turning that negotiation into material. Which is quintessential Nathan Fielder, but AGAIN makes any appeal to conventional documentary ethics even less convincing.
Bit of a hot take…. Nathan Felder is similarly as bad as Elizabeth.
Nathan Fielder reveals to @WIRED that Elizabeth Holmes called him from prison last week:
“She had not called me in over six months. I had not heard from her in any way…she asked how I was doing. I asked her if she had seen any stuff about the film coming out and how she felt about it. She told me she had seen some stuff, but most things she just isn’t seeing, so she’s heard things, but she hasn’t really read anything. And then, at the end, she said to me - ‘I trust you.’ I said, ‘OK, thanks.’”

If someone tells you to shave your head, they want you to suffer in life and are sabotaging you. If you're balding keep it or go to Turkey.
In a movie that is about stripping a man completely of his dignity and breaking his spirit, they punish him by shaving him bald. This is a way to show us that the act of removing a man's beautiful head of hair a mustache is a form of castration. A way to shame and humiliate you, for you to stripped naked.
This movie was filmed in the 70s and it’s set in the 17th century. Before the woke mob lied to us and said bald is fine, 17th century French catholics knew this punishment was soul crushin.
Bravo Ken Russell
