When reporting the news, aren't they supposed to know what they are reporting about? Or is MSM a big group of parrots?

Buddy of mine just posted this and its kind of interesting:
I woke up and realized that everything is about to change. No matter how I vote, no matter what I say, something evil has invaded our nation, and our lives are never going to be the same.
I have been confused by the hostility of family and friends. I look at people I have known all my life--so hate-filled that they agree with opinions they would never express as their own. I think that I may well have entered the Twilight Zone.
You can't justify this insanity. We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind!
• If a man pretends to be a woman, you are required to pretend with him.
• Somehow it’s un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.
• Russians influencing our elections are bad, but illegals voting in our elections are good.
• It was cool for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the President of Ukraine, but it’s an impeachable offense if Donald Trump inquires about it.
• People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.
• People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for their degrees.
• Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you’d better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.
• Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate to the US must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang-bangers who jump the southern fence are welcome.
• $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for “free” health care is not.
• If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.
• People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.
• We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan to us.
• Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.
• Criminals are caught-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.
• And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!
Nothing makes sense anymore, no values, no morals, no civility and people are dying of a Chinese virus, but it racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China.
We are clearly living in an upside-down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong, but killing innocent babies is right.
Like I said interesting observations

🚨BODYCAM RELEASED: Dad Executes Ped*phile Who R*ped His
Daughter 😦❌
In Lonoke, Arkansas, Aaron Spencer rescued his teenage daughter right out of her abuser's truck after the monster violated a no contact order to kidnap and abuse her.
Instead of being protected by the law, Spencer was charged with murder after confronting the attacker. But the case took a pivotal turn when critical video evidence from a dash cam mysteriously vanished while in law enforcement custody leading a judge to ultimately dismiss the murder charges against him.
Despite the unimaginable ordeal, the community rallied behind him, and Spencer went on to win the Republican nomination for Lonoke County .
Spencer is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2026.

Thank you for your work! As a registered nurse, I must respect a patient's right to refuse my care. Yet when litigants allege judicial bias or discrimination, they must ask the very judge in question to recuse themselves.
We need judicial reform, independent oversight, transparency, and accountability.
The judicial system is corrupt to the core.

WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE.
I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive.
Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.)
Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines.
We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench.
This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches.
They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

YIKES: This Democrat County Council candidate decided to do an interview absolutely TRASHED on Live TV.
She starts slurring and goes on a drunken rant about ICE and MAGA, then threatens to shoot Trump supporters.
This is hard to watch…

I believe social media and other platforms invoke propaganda to push a narrative of delusional perceptions. The vast majority isn't equipped to understand the complexities of critical thinking.

One of the arguments against an AI future is that when artificial intelligence provides everything we need, people will become lazy, useless and lose their purpose in life.
But Jeff Bezos, for example, already has enough money to never work another day in his life. Do you think he feels useless or less valuable to society because he no longer needs to work to survive?
People don’t create, explore, invent or learn just because they need money. They also do it because they want to.
Why do we assume that what makes us human is working a nine-to-five job, or even 10 to 12 hours a day, sometimes at multiple jobs, just to survive?

After six years in stealth, Atomic Machines is out. Our mission: on-demand, universal command of matter. First beachhead: the Matter Compiler, an AI-native manufacturing system that builds working micro-machines from code alone. No per-product tooling. No process development. Different code, different machine.

Apollo 16: The Last Minutes Down
On 21 April 1972, a 16 mm DAC camera mounted above Charlie Duke’s window filmed Orion’s descent into the Descartes Highlands. John Young was flying. Dust began to boil off the surface as the lunar module dropped through the final few hundred feet.
The original film is jerky and silent in the way period 16 mm often is. This version, restored by Moonpans from Apollo Flight Journal material, has been upscaled and interpolated to 60 frames per second and locked to the mission audio, so the calls come through in time with the view: altitude, fuel, the shadow racing across the ground, contact.
What you are watching is not a reconstruction. It is the landing as the crew saw it, only smoother, closer, and finally audible.
