They Don’t Have a "Neutral Gear" 🔥 They either forget their phone exists for 4 hours because they are deep in a hyperfocus rabbit hole, or they text you 8 times in 90 seconds about a random documentary. WHY? ADHD brains regulate attention by interest, not priority. There is no "lukewarm" with them.2/2
