Compared with the other major U.S. airline elite programs, @FlyFrontier 2027 Diamond seating benefit is unusually restrictive, especially considering Diamond is Frontier’s highest tier. I guess that's what we get for being loyal. Incredible. #dontflyfrontier

Extremely disappointed with @FlyFrontier’s 2027 Elite changes. I spent $100K on their card last year to earn Diamond because benefits like complimentary premium seat selection made the loyalty worth it. Now Frontier is tying premium seating and upgrades to purchasing a bundle. 🤮
