We had a long and substantive conversation with @POTUS. We started with one-on-one talks before inviting European leaders to join us. This call lasted for more than an hour and a half, including about an hour of our bilateral conversation with President Trump.
Ukraine reaffirms its readiness to work with maximum effort to achieve peace. President Trump informed about his meeting with the Russian leader and the main points of their discussion. It is important that America’s strength has an impact on the development of the situation.
We support President Trump’s proposal for a trilateral meeting between Ukraine, the USA, and Russia. Ukraine emphasizes that key issues can be discussed at the level of leaders, and a trilateral format is suitable for this.
On Monday, I will meet with President Trump in Washington, D.C., to discuss all of the details regarding ending the killing and the war. I am grateful for the invitation.
It is important that Europeans are involved at every stage to ensure reliable security guarantees together with America. We also discussed positive signals from the American side regarding participation in guaranteeing Ukraine’s security. We continue to coordinate our positions with all partners. I thank everyone who is helping.

Mr. President, Ukraine did not “start” this war. Russia launched an unprovoked and brutal invasion claiming hundreds of thousands of lives. The Road to Peace must be built on the Truth.🇺🇸🇺🇦

For more than two years, Russian occupiers have been controlling the largest nuclear power plant in Europe—the Zaporizhzhia NPP. And invariably, the Russian presence poses a fundamental threat to the radiation safety of our country, all of Europe, and the world.
Russia is blackmailing the world with the threat of a catastrophe at the ZNPP. It is using the plant’s territory as a launching ground for attacks on Nikopol and other nearby communities, and it is storing military equipment and ammunition on the territory of the ZNPP. Only the return of the plant to Ukrainian control will ensure full compliance with all safety standards and normalize the situation around the ZNPP.
For decades, Ukraine has maintained the highest level of safety at its nuclear facilities and will continue to do so. However, this requires an end to Russia’s criminal presence at the ZNPP.

ICC issued arrest warrants for shoigu and gerasimov.
Destroyed energy infrastructure, killed workers, billions of dollars in losses. This is what their actions lead to. They want Ukrainians to suffer.
Justice will be served. Punishment is inevitable.

Our energy workers, repair teams, and construction workers have worked tirelessly throughout the week.
These are the people working on recovery efforts after Russian strikes, as well as protecting energy facilities in various regions. They are many, and they literally save our country's normal life.
These are thermal power plant employees, engineers, grid masters, and electricians. These are the people who restore generation and power. I would like to thank everyone who works so hard to ensure that Ukraine can live normally, with power and the ability to work, in all cities and villages.
Russian terrorists are currently carrying out such heinous attacks in an attempt to drain Ukraine's power. We sent necessary signals and concrete requests to all of our partners who have the necessary air defense systems and missiles.
America, Europe, and other partners all know exactly what we need, and they all understand how critical it is to assist Ukraine in defending itself against these Russian strikes right now.
I thank all leaders who are demonstrating leadership right now, especially those who truly uphold our agreements and keep their word.

Back in Sweden from a visit to Kyiv, Ukraine. Meetings with my Ukrainian counterparts Herman Halushchenko and Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. Meetings on how we can continue to support Ukraine both military, financially but also by creating business. It was gratifying to see the commitment Swedish companies show to help with Ukraine's reconstruction.
Swedish companies have a lot to contribute with green and high-quality solutions in many sectors such as energy, infrastructure, digitization and healthcare.

European countries must put a decisive end to dependence on russian gas. I thank 🇦🇹 my counterpart @lgewessler for the determination to follow this path. The decision to abandon russian gas will deal a blow to the aggressor state that is financing war with gazprom's blood money.
