A majority populace in Florida that voted for Amendment 4 also voted for the same legislative body that wrote, passed, and enacted the the law that begat its necessity.
It was that simple but too simple for many to grasp.

I realize you're my representative in congress, yet we've never met. But I do know that you know Leo Govoni, because he was a donor of yours, as he was to Ashley Moody, Rick Scott, Pam Bondi, Marco Rubio, myself, and many others - Republicans and Democrats. If proven guilty, which the facts seem to strongly support, he deserves swift and absolute justice - and every family deserves to be made whole.
But be very careful throwing around allegations that you know nothing about, or worse that you know to be false - as you just have. Be very careful also because only one of the candidates running for governor actually has a criminal record, and it's the candidate you've endorsed. Just be smart and show a little class here.

Three Florida Republicans were just charged with creating a fake voter guide to steal an election.
They did not hack the machines. They did not stuff the ballot box. They printed a fake Republican voter guide, made it look nearly identical to the real one, and mailed it to tens of thousands of voters before a 2024 primary.
It worked. An incumbent won by fewer than 1,000 votes. Now three elected officials in St. Johns County, Florida are facing criminal charges for it.
