Just imagine when major bike lanes are removed, and all these cyclists begin using traffic lanes—as they are fully entitled to do under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.
Dare I say...this will cause traffic congestion on a whole new level. The Province hasn't thought this through.

Ottawa is just not known. Could we please just be the best at SOMETHING. Cleanliness, free-est transit, best environmental policies, lowest homeless rate... something big and good. And memorable at a global level.
