Just a quick update on the state of Valko's files. (The game update was a whole mess, honestly, and I'm pretty sure it failed at least once on every single one of my devices, including the emulator, so... congrats Infold, I guess) To say it plainly: another big cut. What we are left with is ~296 XL tokens. The drama/AVG table went from 2,498 XL tokens to zero. I know it's not a decoding artifact or anything of the sort because the table parses fine in the 1588 version, 41,178 strings, but not one of those strings has XL in it. And across everything there is +0 new tokens, so it's a clean cut with -2,554 removed. Nothing in the update's own bundles has a strict XL marker either. What is left is all node ids and scene-row ids (that is, those are 'lookup keys' - when the game plays a scene, it doesn't have the dialogue for that scene in the file you're reading, it has something like MainUI_XL_Daily_0_01_Node_1250100 and asks a table "what happens at this key?"; that's where the line, animation and audio cues are). It's like an index at the back of a book. "Valko - see page 214". The big cuts started mid-September (before the ANTNE multi-banner, when his references were pruned from the minigames' config). Again, I cannot declare intent from files, but this is a cut, and there have been no additions since late August. For me personally, not good news. Take care.
