Starting in Africa, it’s expanding globally. The challenge was to create a brand that communicates more than functionality. In a space filled with other fintech products and services, we wanted to build an identity that conveys longevity, captures users’ attention, and promises a seamless experience. The Strategy The process began with research, discovery, and an exploration of what JUMPA should mean to the people who use it. We identified the values that needed to shape the brand: convenience, trust, and speed. This informed a direction that brings together the whole relationship each user has with money in a single gesture. The goal was to make JUMPA feel approachable without losing its credibility.
