For the last 20+ years, Canada has been trucking into the Detroit Area millions of metric tons a year in garbage, because it was cheaper to dump their trash here than dispose it in Canada. It's been a sticking point with me personally because I see those huge Canadian trucks tearing up our highways day after day, dumping their trash here.
