Introducing Kimi K3.1 Pro: our most capable 3T-class open-weight model.
🔹 1M-token context, 2.8T total / 104B active params (MoE), Multimodal.
🔹 Full-project coding: games in Unreal, Unity & Godot.
🔹 Excels at parametric 3D modeling in Blender & CAD.
🔹 More reliable at finance work: Accurate modeling with hallucination down by 65%.
🔹 Matching the strongest proprietary models across coding, agentic and knowledge benchmarks.
Kimi K3.1 Pro and K3.1 Pro Highspeed (2–3× faster) are now live on Kimi.ai, Kimi Work, Kimi Code, and the Kimi API.
Open weights by Nov 4, 2026.

3D-printed desk organizer idea: platforms instead of grids. I'm aiming for easier printing and less filament, with pegs and fins for stability. The catch: I can fit two rows instead of three. Simpler design or more storage?
Security updates: PHP, Node.js, GitLab, Go, Python and the eMudhra certificate incident. Separate issues, one checklist: update affected runtimes and trust stores, update pip and certifi, rebuild affected binaries and containers, restart services, and verify.
Etsy just killed any AI listings and AI products that people are using!
Even using AI to list your items is BANNED
Rather conflicted.. AI makes life easier and would of appreciated if AI can at the very least do the listing bit for me
PHP and Node.js security updates: two PHP memory flaws and a Brotli decoder bug can enable code execution. Prioritize exposed servers, install fixed runtimes, rebuild containers, restart workers, and verify the running version. Patches aren't proof of a breach.
GLM / Claude / Deepseek back at it again..
🚨 BREAKING: Node.js just dropped its OWN security bombshell.
4 HIGH-SEVERITY vulnerabilities patched TODAY, including one that could let hackers remotely execute malicious code on vulnerable servers.
→ 10 SECURITY FLAWS were addressed in today's Node.js release, FOUR rated HIGH severity.
→ REMOTE CODE EXECUTION: CVE-2026-111497 is a serious flaw in Node.js's Brotli decoder that could allow attackers to execute malicious code remotely.
→ TLS SECURITY BYPASS: Two separate vulnerabilities could trick affected applications into accepting certificates for the WRONG server under certain conditions.
→ Think about that. Your application could establish an encrypted connection while failing to properly verify WHO it's talking to.
→ THREE MAJOR NODE.JS VERSIONS AFFECTED: Node.js 22, 24 and 26 all required emergency security updates.
→ RUNNING NODE.JS 18 OR 20? Those versions are END-OF-LIFE and aren't receiving these official security patches.
→ PATCH IMMEDIATELY: Update to Node.js 22.23.4, 24.22.1 or 26.12.1, depending on your release line. If you're using Docker, rebuild and redeploy your containers.
PHP AND Node.js both facing major security disclosures on the SAME DAY.
If you run a website or application, TODAY is the day to check your servers.
And remember: the public release of security patches can give attackers a roadmap to systems that haven't updated.
Don't be the last one to patch.
Open weights are the blueprint. Inference is the factory. DeepSeek's DeepInfer and Recipe open up more of that stack—but offline inference still needs serving infrastructure. The useful test is performance and cost on real workloads.
Dots but for Claude has been released!
US only tho..
IKEA pegboard perfume storage is my next project. My collection is taking over my desk, so I'm designing individual boxes sized to each bottle. Still need to buy the board and print the pieces. Would you try it?
I'm building Tarkov in Minecraft. Here's a map preview: structures, resources and loot chests, plus plans for geared mobs guarding the area. A beta test is planned soon. Would you play?
Life Hack:
Eat your items so you get free luggage..
Please explain this to me.
I gain 5kg and the airline says nothing.
But my bag is 5kg over and I have to pay $100.
idk if anyone else experienceing this but the Deepseek 4.1V Flash on opencode is nearly unusable..
@thdxr it took over 2 hours to change the COLOUR of a page...
I asked for 2 things and it took two hours and failed..
something must be wrong..
Deepseek just opensourced their infra...
literally nothing stopping anyone from getting really good and cheap AI!
This is what an opensource lab should be doing!
really amazing work from Deepseek.. they always deliver and keep surpising us!
🚀 Introducing DeepInfer, our in-house inference framework, now fully open source!
Powering DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash at scale with high throughput and low latency. We’re sharing our production stack to help the community lower compute costs, reduce energy use, and make AI more affordable.

has GPT 6.1-Sol been acting stupid lately for you guys??
its definitely nerfed.. its barely completing some basic tasks that I got...
One of the better videos on RTX Spark right now.. GOLD!
> Qwen 3.8 Flash runs around 33 tps on the new laptops
> no thermal throttle through a 20min test but hits 80C+ which is very annoying but usable...
Trust me, more things were covered on here, better watch it!
since when Pro users cant use gpt-image-2.5-flare on codex / chatgpt??
I have tried it on codex CLI, codex cloud, chatgpt, nothing... is it API only?? but docs says its included..
