I’ll be hosting a space with the incredible @JEH_TOMS, a brilliant designer who has worked with top brands and built amazing products. If there’s someone who can share valuable insights on staying relevant as a designer in the AI era, he’s definitely one of them. We’ll be discussing “The Designer AI Can’t Replace”, what it takes to stand out, stay creative, and remain valuable in a world where AI is changing everything. 📅 Set a reminder. You don’t want to miss this one!

Goodday guys ✌️ Designed the UI in Figma, Built with Claude What I learned: AI can speed up the build, but clear design decisions, good prompting, and attention to the small details still make the difference. Link: duba-landing.vercel.app/

How to get exceptional designs using Claude Most people use Claude Design and get mediocre results. They treat it like a regular tool and wonder why the output feels generic. But when you approach it strategically, with the right setup, the output becomes genuinely exceptional. Here's exactly how to do it: 1. Install specialized skills to elevate Claude's understanding Claude Design gets dramatically better when it has context about your technical constraints and design philosophy. Install frontend skills: npx skills add lnkd.in/eyqZ9wFA --skill frontend-design Install Remotion for motion design: npx skills add remotion/agent-skills Install taste/design system skills: npx skills add Leonxlnx/taste-skill These aren't nice-to-haves. They fundamentally change how Claude approaches design problems. It now understands feasibility, motion principles, and aesthetic depth. 2. Connect to real inspiration sources Don't prompt from memory. Give Claude actual visual references to learn from. Connect Mobbin MCP: claude mcp add mobbin --scope user --transport http api.mobbin.com/mcp Now Claude pulls from real, curated design patterns instead of generating from training data alone. 3. Leverage top UI component libraries as building blocks Why reinvent when you can build on excellence? Trusted component libraries: Untitled UI: lnkd.in/eUdjS-5p Fragments: lnkd.in/enbzQUBE Shadcn: ui.shadcn.com/ Kibo: kibo-ui.com/ Feed these to Claude and it designs within proven, production-ready systems. 4. Use pre-built animated templates and interactive components Speed up execution with ready-to-customize templates. Feed these directly into your coding tools. Interactive UI & animated templates: Bencho: bencho.dev/ 21st by Ruixen: lnkd.in/eVe3AVnm Motionsites: motionsites.ai/ Landing pages, footers, banners, micro-interactions—all ready to adapt. 5. Use the best model available Model selection matters. Opus 5.5: Best for complex design systems and enterprise work Fable (Max): Best speed-to-quality ratio for iterative design The setup takes 30 minutes. The output quality jump? Massive. You're not just using Claude Design anymore. You're using Claude Design + expertise + inspiration + proven components + speed. That's how you ship designs that actually compete.

I've watched @thealisoneyo closely on LinkedIn, and I can tell you: she knows the AI thing really well. We're having a thought-provoking conversation about being a designer in the AI era. How to stay relevant. What actually matters. The real talk nobody's having. Here's my honest take: You'll get more value from this space than many other places you'd probably pay for. That's how much value I believe is in this conversation. If you're a designer trying to stay relevant, this is non-negotiable. Schedule it now. xitter.cf/i/spaces/1jGXgBONlovKZ…

I built picta A two-player draw-and-guess game where one player draws a secret word, the other guesses it. Play on one phone by passing it back and forth, or on two phones over the internet. Link- picta-game.vercel.app

How I got 400+ students to register for my design bootcamp @DezinDesign There's a principle called the law of reciprocity. When someone gives you something valuable, you naturally feel obligated to give back. It's why birthday gifts lead to return favors. Why small acts of kindness compound. I used this principle to build my personal brand. Here's what I did: I gave away value relentlessly. Case studies. Design insights. Free resources. Honest advice on positioning, AI tools, career growth. On LinkedIn, on X, everywhere. For months, I didn't ask for anything. I just gave. Then I launched Dezin. When it came time to ask people to pay for a premium product, something remarkable happened. They didn't hesitate. Why? Because they'd already experienced my value. They trusted me. They'd seen my thinking. They knew what they were getting. The reciprocity kicked in. They felt obligated, not in a negative way, but genuinely, to invest in learning more from someone who'd already given them so much. Here's what I see others do wrong: People want to write a book. Start a course. Launch a product. But they have zero track record of giving value. They expect people to pay for something from someone they don't know and don't trust. It won't scale. The formula is simple: Build your credibility by giving first. Establish trust through consistent value. Then monetize that trust with premium offerings. The 300+ registrations didn't happen because I have a great course. They happened because I spent months proving I could be trusted. Give first. Build trust. Then ask. That's how you actually scale.

Day 1 of Becoming a UI/UX Designer & Vibecoder with @DezinDesign… For sure excited for the next 12 weeks… let’s build and ship products!
Today, we begin. Dezin Bootcamp 6.0 officially starts today. 12 weeks. Tons of designers. One mission: Transform designers into builders. Starting today, I'm teaching the UX principles and ideologies that power the world's greatest companies. Apple's obsession with simplicity. Google's commitment to solving real problems. Duolingo's psychological mastery. These aren't accidents. They're built on foundational UX thinking. Today, you start learning it. For the next 12 weeks, we don't just teach theory. We break down how the best companies think, decide, and execute. Then we apply it to your own work. By the end, you won't just design better. You'll think like a builder. You'll understand why certain decisions matter. You'll know how to position your thinking. You'll ship products that compete at the highest level. To all the designers joining today: Thank you for betting on growth. Thank you for choosing to evolve. Let's change the design industry together. Class in session. 🚀
