So my boyfriend has agreed to diaper train me. The end goal being me in diapers forever.. A couple rules so far: Wetting will NEVER be allowed in the toilet. It must be done in a diaper, his diaper, shower, outside, anywhere but the toilet when possible (95% of the time). Diapers are to be worn 24/7 when possible (95% of the time). Otherwise, I must wear underwear that is abdl or little themed to replace. Stickies are only permitted in diapers, when having big boy sex, my diaper is to be pulled down just enough for access. No pants are permitted when in private.
These are just a few of the life adjustments i’ve been givin. He’s already thinking of more to add, as well as a hypnosis routine to listen to every day. 😵💫🫠

No, unfortunately. The husband doesn’t really engage much with the ABDL side of things, but we do other kinks. While the boyfriend is an ABDL he’s just a boyfriend, not really a brother figure.

Seemed like a fantasy at one point but crazy to think in a few years I’ll be in my 40s. I’ll be some sort of middle manager somewhere, wearing diapers full time, my bladder and bowels even weaker than they are now and actually dependent on diapers. It’s inevitable at this point.

Finding quieter diapers is always helpful, cloth backed is the quietest but not the most durable.
Also things like sizing up your pants/shorts another size. Wearing a diaper cover or underwear over it helps too.
