@Familypestserv I have been a customer since I bought my house in 2019. I get quarterly pest service. For the umpteenth time in a row, the technician showed up and surprised me. There had been no confirmation. This keeps happening, with no email response, or call return.
I like the technician, and he’s why I have continued to use you. Office communication is dismal. They swear they have confirmed my appointment, but they have not. The tech showed up on August 20th, and I was out the door to catch a plane. He said the office had called to confirm.
@StubHub I purchased a ticket for Phish at Ameris Amphitheater for Sun, 8/1. My order shows this. My email confirmation shows this. You sent a ticket for Sat, 7/31! I already had a ticket for that night. When I call, the system confirms the 1st. Help! Can’t get thru to you. URG

@ATTHelp I took advantage of the $800 trade in promo for the iPhone 12Pro, and I just checked my trade status:
“Wrong phone model - you entered Model TBD - Other but phone was actually Galaxy S9+ 64GB, Screen is not working - Screen has Major Burn-in/Bruising Adjusted value $55”
Cont’ this is impossible. My screen was in perfect condition; it was never out of the case/screen protector. Additionally, as far as the wrong model selected, I completed my purchase/trade ON THE PHONE WITH AN AT&T REP. So if it was entered incorrectly, that’s on you, not me.
