Constructive regulator-industry engagement is essential to a strong payment stablecoin framework. We applaud @USOCC for finalizing GENIUS Act rules that reflect TDC recommendations and look forward to continued collaboration to advance U.S. leadership in digital finance.
1/4 Today, we submitted our response to @SECGov’s proposed Regulation Crypto Assets release. Our efforts were led by @ThaniaCh & Spencer Peek of Winston Taylor, alongside 40+ TDC members. We commend @SECPaulSAtkins and the SEC for proposing rules that signal a clear framework for investment contracts.
3/4 In addition, the SEC should provide specificity on a timeline for the SEC’s challenge of a Form TR and implications for market participants who rely on the initially filed Form TR, and revisit the proposed audited financial statement requirement and consider increasing the capital raising safe harbor dollar limits.
4/4 We look forward to working with the SEC on this important initiative and thank all of the members who contributed to our comment letter. digitalchamber.org/wp-conten…

Who should regulate prediction markets: one federal agency, or 50 states with 50 rulebooks? That question is headed to the Supreme Court. Our CEO, @CodyCarboneDC, makes the case for the answer Congress gave in 1974 and why the courts should settle it now: realclearmarkets.com/article…
