We cannot turn a blind eye to the fact that there are children who do not go to school. We cannot silence our conscience when we see a mother lacking the means to feed her children. We cannot ignore the many people around us who are suffering, alone and vulnerable. We need to commit ourselves to the charity and closeness of the Good Samaritan who did not remain indifferent upon seeing misfortune, but took responsibility for his brother’s life. Honestly diaspora Muslims must donate to verified vetted Gaza campaigns for people in need. They have a duty to.
I look down on anyone not donating.

I admit that I completely broke down today. I cried uncontrollably. I couldn’t hold myself together after witnessing what I saw with my own eyes.
Today, we went to film a journalistic report inside the displacement tents along the seashore. I swear, what we witnessed was beyond what any human being should have to endure.
I saw men crying bitterly. Men I had never seen cry when they lost their children or when their homes were destroyed. Today, I saw them crying because they were powerless to do the simplest thing: protect their children from the water and the cold.
We spoke to families who told us they had spent the entire night carrying their children in their arms after floodwater covered the floors of their tents and soaked their mattresses. They couldn’t find a single dry place to put their children. They couldn’t even give them a few hours of sleep.
I saw children no older than five, without proper clothes to protect them from the cold, without heating, and without a dry place to sleep. Children shivering inside tents that cannot keep out the rain, protect them from the wind, or provide even the most basic sense of safety.
What more must happen for this world to act? How much more suffering must people endure before someone remembers that they are human beings?
I am sick of this world. I am sick of its hypocrisy and empty slogans. To hell with a world that talks endlessly about human rights while leaving children to drown inside their tents. To hell with everyone who has witnessed this suffering and chosen silence, and to hell with the governments and institutions that have the power to act but continue to turn their backs on us.

🚨 GAZA RIGHT NOW: Storm force winds, violent gusts and heavy rain are battering hundreds of fragile displacement tents. For the fourth winter since Israel destroyed their homes, Palestinians are still being denied the basic materials needed to rebuild, not even a single nail.
And winter has only just begun‼️

I feel frustrated and hopeless because no one has cared about me for two days now, and my children need food. Everyone is ignoring me. Please help me, and may God reward you. 🫂😌chuffed.org/project/177950-f…

I hate winter, I hate the rain, and I hate that I don’t have a place to call home anymore.
Used to love a rain as if there's only I in this world enjoying a rain, now I can't unthink those tents flooding, those who still don't do anything to intervene by still worshiping comfort. Bunların hepsinin hesabı sorulacak, bu hayatta da.
I enjoy the sun after the rain the same
For 60 years, the US and Israel have played coy, with neither acknowledging the development of Israel's nuclear arsenal. It has helped the US maintain a public stance against additional countries developing nuclear weapons and helped Israel avoid questions about how (or whether) it got the bomb. But that stasis may be shifting as other countries in the region advance their nuclear programs. cnn.it/489Sqvg
