10 points from last 69 available Passive, negative, boring football Still in a job, fans deserve answers and change @AlanPaceBFC @JJWatt he’s just not up to it, and the longer he’s here it looks like there’s some worrying background issues being the reason we can’t get rid!

Remember the old days when managers were given time to either succeed or fail. Even Sir Fergie got 4 years, just, before success. I know the game now is about money and immediate returns but that's just not realistic. After last season if VK goes, then what, who comes in.

It’s 7am in England, so this one is for the Burnley supporters just waking up this morning… We thought we needed team uniforms for the pickleball tournament today (turns out we did not). Regardless, we were the best dressed squad in the whole damn town. @BurnleyOfficial #UTC

The EFL have confirmed that Huddersfield Town have been placed under a transfer embargo. It comes after the club failed to submit a copy of its Annual Accounts in time. The embargo means they are unable to register any new players. #HTAFC | #BBCFootball

First time I’ve agreed with Lineker!
Given the wonderful and moving scenes at The Oval, it feels a real shame that football is not taking place this weekend, therefore missing the opportunity to pay its respects.

They've gone and cancelled the football. With one day's notice. Masses of workers losing out on wages. Masses of businesses losing out on income. Masses of fans losing out on money spent on travel and accommodation. During an unprecedented cost of living crisis. Revolting.

It means an awful lot to my nan. It doesn’t mean an awful lot to me. And both stances are perfectly plausible and fine.

Attention Britain! Cancel your leisure activities but continue to go to work (providing your workplace isn't at a football ground).

I know it’s only a game and some things are much bigger but imagine all our games went ahead this weekend. Black armbands, silences observed, national anthem, Royal band playing etc to the millions around the world watching ? Isn’t that a better send off ?

It’s a genuinely sad time, however no sporting events or activities should be cancelled this weekend. People getting up and going to work or school as normal, then having their weekend leisure time taken from them doesn’t sit right with me. There’s no respect in forced mourning
