Long Island, New York Business owner David Tallerico says he arrived in the neighborhood with his crew to complete a paid landscaping job when the woman walked up to his truck, threw her coffee at him, and hurled a racial slur before calling 911. When officers arrived and verified Tallerico's work order on the sidewalk, she still tried to order the police to kick his crew off the block: "They're not allowed!" "Do you own it?" Tallerico says instead of arresting her for assault and filing a false report, police let her walk with a warning. If the roles were reversed, would he have walked away without handcuffs?
