The #GlobalHPVConsortium launch in Kuala Lumpur on Sept. 5 aligns with @WHO goals to eliminate #cervical cancer through prevention of #HPV (vaccination) and screening and treatment of precancerous cells. Together, we can prevent an estimated 45 million deaths over 100 years.
ALT WHO's 90-70-90 Targets to eliminate cervical cancer by 2030 graphic. • 90% of girls fully vaccinated with the HPV vaccine by age 15. • 70% of women screened with high-performace tests at 35 and 45. • 90% of women with pre-cancer treated and 90% of invasive cases managed.
