I have been trying to summon a fuck to give this morning. So far I've gotten six demons, opened a portal, resurrected two of my ancestors but, alas, no fucks to give.

I agree, except for the “very important story to tell” part. He still lives as a tranny. Unlike other detrans-identified males - the ones who actually detransition - it’s not even clear to me what his transition regrets are.
Unpopular opinion: Ari dilutes the message + makes it all about him instead of about WOMEN's SPORTS. I understand he has a VERY important story to tell, but showing up to sporting events w/ this particular movement who's sole focus is protecting girls + women just steals focus

I've seen a ton of footage of this guy grabbing other people's flags while rambling into the camera but I've yet to see an unprovoked attack on him by someone holding a flag. He did get pushed off a woman he was attacking and he responded with a full force overhand strike.
This one is hilarious🤣talking about dont hit me im not the one while crying because apparently you are the one- who just nailed in the mouth🤣 oh no! You provoked a very predictable reaction from a crowd of people and now you’re a “victim”? Gtfoh

Join Erin Friday & Tish Hyman, along with WAR & CAUSE, for a conversation with Michael Gates, candidate for CA Attorney General. Why are CA Dems voting R in state races? More and more of us are absolutely done with boys in girls’ locker rooms, boys taking girls’ championships, & schools keeping parents in the dark about their children’s mental health. Hear @MichaelGatesESQ discuss his plans to enforce Title IX and stop schools from keeping secrets from parents. "Systematically ‘deadnaming’ everyone, this book is uncompromising on matters of identity. To be this easy to read, and still tell the whole story of an ideological extremist group, it must consistently ignore all pretensions." @DistMag has published a review of my new book. thedistancemag.com/p/kill-yo…

We covered biggest good news in years: @HHSGov looking to investigate many hospitals whose doctors purposely misdiagnosed healthy kids to obtain $50,000,000+ by fraud. The feds can investigate this—courts can’t stop this. Prosecuting these crimes can end sex-rejection in kids.

Perfect example of the vast divide between America’s First Amendment & Canada’s Charter right to “free expression.” This just wouldn’t happen in Canada. No one would stand up for it, if it did. And the shop would be fined/persecuted to oblivion.

This isn't bullying, it's resistance against injustice
New Hampshire girls bullied a transgender boy to stop playing soccer. They painted "PGS" (protect girls sports) under their eyes when forced to play against him.

Trans activists: “You can’t tell someone is a man just by looking.” Also trans activists: “You’re pretty manly looking. Maybe don’t critique other people’s appearances.” Me: “Interesting. What, specifically, makes me look ‘manly’? I thought you couldn’t tell.”

“You want the passport to reflect the person's gender identity because it's all about identification.” That’s Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of Berkeley Law, endorsing the district court’s logic in Trump v Orr. His claim is that a government document (whose entire purpose is identification) should record a person’s feelings about their sex and not their actual sex. He’s blithely unconcerned about the consequences for women if we allow men to claim to be female. Also very unclear why we should let people falsify government documents even without the harms to women & children. Side Note: Any country that would be dangerous to travel to as a trans-identified person with your actual sex listed on your passport would be doubly dangerous to travel to while hiding your sex from authorities in those foreign countries. In the Mirabelli v Bonta case, Chemerinsky makes it sound like the Supreme Court swooped in and blocked California’s law itself after a lower court ruled it was permissible. I’m no lawyer, but I believe this to be a gross mischaracterization. The lower court found the law unconstitutional, then the 9th Circuit stayed the decision. SCOTUS vacated the stay and let the lower court decision stand while the appeal plays out. (Someone with more knowledge than me, feel free to correct me.) Chemerinsky brings up all these cases (passports, parental rights, female-only sports) to point out that SCOTUS is “very hostile to transgender rights.” This allows us to detail what Erwin considers trans rights: 1. Males’ right to compete in female sports and use female locker rooms 2. The right to hide your sex on government documents 3. Schools’ right to keep secrets from parents about their kids’ mental health, despite the fact that the entire faculty and student body will know this “secret.” Personal Note: I spoke privately with Erwin 2 years and after briefly explaining the terrible situation in CA women’s prisons with male inmates he said he would look into it. He cannot claim ignorance. Video by @BLoquaciou72958 taken in San Francisco at Manny’s on July 15.

The Distance is not a law firm. However, the actions of Erica Moise seem to fall under the rubric for determinations of misconduct by officers of the court. We have seen the 'police report' and it is not what the Cluster B Clique claimed it was. Link below ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Stop lying to people about their sex. It's one of the most fundamental aspects of a person, and creating a split between a person's mind and body in such a way is a recipe for disaster. It's a destruction of the self, and creates a very unstable and unpredictable person.
Another TEEN TRANS KILLER. Florida teen, Julia Egler, who goes by Jasper, shot her mother and her mother’s boyfriend after being misgendered by her mom. The teen admits her mother tried to meet her halfway regarding her gender demands, but she still killed her anyway. She then faked a home invasion involving a made-up black man to try and cover it up.
