I've watched the Roquan Smith play an unhealthy amount of times. I'm not sure if the "it's just football" crowd realizes just how dangerous that dirty play was. It could have easily resulted in a spinal cord and/or traumatic brain injury, potentially paralyzing Josh.

Roquan Smith needs to be suspended multiple games for this. He was fined almost $12k just last week for doing almost the exact same thing to Shough. He's going to kill or permanently disable someone if they keep giving "chump change" fines. Suspend him multiple games at least.

The NFL fined Ravens LB Roquan Smith $11,941 for grabbing Saints QB Tyler Shough’s facemask on this play last week. No flag was thrown, but officials ruled Shough scored a TD and it stood upon review.
