You’ve been through bad weather before. This is a rotten way to handle this. She hasn’t even been able to chat with your app while stranded at DWF. Just now, she was trying to do your chat, typing out her problem while waiting in line for the chat, and it just erased everything

@AmericanAir shame on you. My wife’s flight was delayed flight from Huntsville, forcing missed connecting flight, dumping your passengers in Dallas with no way home and no place to stay....
