Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that affects people during winter. SAD begins to emerge as the days get shorter & colder, & people get less exposure to sunlight. Daylight & Sleepio are free apps for people in Scotland & both can support with SAD.

We don't want people to do "swamp diving", rummaging through data looking for bits and pieces.
