This guy embodies one of the most popular archetypes used to bully white men throughout the world. Yet after being attacked, he gets back up, stands his ground, and faces his attackers to defend whatever remains of his store.
His attackers, meanwhile, behave like a pack of hyenas. Whatever bravery they have is only because of their numbers and their de facto anonymity — police wouldn’t arrest them anyway.
So, the guy who looks like the punchline of a thousand jokes actually displays more honor in a single moment than literally the entire recorded history of his attackers.
He has no crowd to hide behind, no numerical advantage, and seemingly very little left to protect. What has happened to him will either be ignored or excused as having been caused by some kind of socio-economic problem which is ultimately his fault anyway. Nevertheless, he stands there.
I would take one thousand Jacques Blacks before taking a single refugee.

This evidence was available, but the Obama Justice Department refused to investigate.
Her brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, and their father, Nur Said Elmi (also known as Nur Omar), used multiple names across different countries. Part of the family fled to the United Kingdom, while Ilhan Omar and others entered the United States under their father’s assumed name, “Omar.”
These name changes and split identities were used to conceal the father’s true war crimes and identity.

The first period during which both photography and video recording were available on a large enough scale to capture every aspect of everyday life while being considered normal enough to be a non-event, and the last before people became aware that all sorts of friends and strangers would be able to see them thus causing them to stop acting naturally and start projecting an idealized version at every opportunity.
