Congratulations to @jac_dominey and @MaddieGort for representing @DocklandsPS at @SharingBestPrac Ballarat this weekend. It's remarkable that so many @VicGovDE teachers give so generously back to the field (on their holidays, no less). #DocklandsPS
Thanks to @SharingBestPrac for having me present at today’s conference.
What a wonderful initiative and a great reminder of what we can achieve when we collaborate.
Shouts outs also to @jac_dominey @DocklandsPS @BronRyrieJones @Knight2Susan and many more!

Building great professional learning programs is key to all we do in schools, but it's hard. At @DocklandsPS, we've thought deeply about how to establish a strong cadence for improvement. Three years in, we now have 8 core structures for developing knowledge and practices. (1/10)

Exciting data on our Ss' maths fluency. Here is Gr 1 last year (green) and this year (teal). The movement of the teal box indicates GROWTH for the Ss. The difference between the teal box and the green box at End of Year indicates SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT. This pattern is seen...
Congratulations to our teachers who work so hard to support students' writing. Our whole staff (including Education Support and Specialists) come together for the assessment of writing, and we all delight in seeing how far our students have come! ✨ @daisychristo
Congratulations to @Brad_Nguyen_, one of our brilliant Learning Specialists, who has published an article in the History Teachers' Association of Victoria magazine this week. We are proud of all our teachers who so generously share their expertise. #DETVic @VicGovDE @HTAVed
A new article from me in Agora @HTAVed about dual coding as a tool for explicit teaching of History!

Opened our second campus this week @DocklandsPS for our Grade 4-6ers. It was incredible to see it all come together, especially all our class novels and Core Knowledge readers. We value great literature in the hands of our students.
Our students admire the integrity, leadership and tenacity of @TheMatildas captain, Sam Kerr. That's why we named one of our four school houses, Kerr, after her. We're cheering you extra loud tonight, Tillies! @samkerr1⚽️✨
