No reason to make this up - having a public video like this where I鈥檓 caught lying would be terrible

This is so thoughtful and sounds like a lovely environment to work in
It鈥檚 pretty good. I am always respectful to my team - they are wonderful. I spoke to the lady once 2 months ago when I joined the ward, introduced myself. Never talked to her since. I forgot her name but when I spoke to the manager they already knew who I was referring to 馃槄

Well done! In Leicester it鈥檚 拢33 an hour for core and unsocial is 拢50 an hour for an SHO. Very poor rates :(

True but a 4 undergrad in an irrelevant degree surely isn鈥檛 relevant to postgrad orthopaedic residency unless I鈥檓 misunderstanding what you mean

Unfortunately whether you believe it or not it鈥檚 the truth.
I paid 拢25 last year at the start of F1 and 拢172 for my full reg for F2. Haven't payed any additional retention fee on top of the prior payments. Of course I will pay the fee yearly but my point was it鈥檚 not 拢455 until a few years later. It will be 拢170/yr for next few years.

Whilst I get the sentiment, this figure isn鈥檛 accurate though because a new doctor would pay 拢25 and then for the next few years it鈥檚 拢170ish or something

Fake news. The independent review gave doctors avg9% last year. This year the independent review gave doctors avg8.25%. Conservatives were going to top last year with 3 %. Labour are offering 4% so in reality Conservative鈥檚 offered 21% over 2 years and Labour 22%. Very similar.
