Tokenized real estate and rwa is geting a lot of hype, but very few teams are actually running live, income-producing assets onchain.
@EstateProtocol is one of the few doing it for real, they just added another US short-term rental on @arbitrum.
Consistency is very impressive here:

Zama: A private execution layer for blockchains
At present, blockchains expose everything by default.
Balances, bids, votes, strategies, transfers, all public, forever.
If you want to execute something confidential? thats not possible. The base architecture simply doesn’t allow private computation.
Zama solves this by introducing encrypted execution on top of current L1/L2s, where smart contracts run entirely on encrypted data.
Unlike ZK systems, TEEs, or privacy chains, Zama provides:
-> Encrypted state
-> Encrypted inputs and outputs
-> Encrypted execution
-> Verifiable correctness
-> Compatibility with existing L1/L2s (starting with EVM), all without modifying the base chain’s consensus or requiring a new blockchain.
This bring a lot of interesting use-cases:
1. Private DeFi and finance like confidential lending, yield farming, stablecoins.
2. Confidential governance/voting/DAOs: Votes, token holdings, decisions can remain private.
3. Sealed-bid auctions/marketplaces/NFT auctions, encrypted bids to prevent front-running, sealed offers, fair price discovery
4. Private tokenized RWA.
5. Encrypted identity systems
6. Privacy-preserving AI/ML & decentralized data & compute.
But How does Zama Work?
Zama runs smart-contract logic into TFHE circuits.
Execution happens in three steps:
1. Users encrypt inputs using their FHE public key.
2. Coprocessors executes the contract logic directly on ciphertexts.
3. Coprocessors return:
-> Encrypted outputs, and
-> A proof of correct execution, which the L1 verifies before accepting the new encrypted state.
These computations are performed by a decentralized network of FHE coprocessors, since TFHE operations are too intensive to run on-chain.
At no point do validators or operators ever see plaintext.
This is the critical distinction:
-> ZK proves a computation was done correctly.
-> FHE performs the computation on encrypted data.
Zama combines both: Encrypted execution & verifiable correctness.
Zama enables a private yet trustless execution layer compatible with today’s blockchain infrastructure, powered by FHE.
The mainnet is expected to launch by end of the year and team has also announced their public auction that is expected to take place from Jan 12-15.
