Problem: würden wir max Anstrengungen unternehmen (Ö und bestenfalls ziehen paar EU-Länder "mehr" mit, was ja gut wär), wäre in 10 Jahren trotzdem wieder ein verheerendes Hochwasser und die Leute sagen dann: Schau, hat nix gebracht, geben wir Geld besser f Hochwasserschutz aus 🤷
