Time for a midweek update!
This week I applied to six jobs and received four rejections. But hey, that's just four opportunities closer to finding the right fit, right?
My resume has more makeovers than a Hollywood celebrity 🥲

Tuesday was a double whammy!
I had an interview with one of Canada's Top 100 companies! They said they'll follow up very soon, so I'm eagerly waiting by my phone.
Plus, I got accepted into @Microsoft 's Power Up Program!🎉 I applied so long ago that I forgot about it😅
To top it all off, I got a call today - the company I interviewed with yesterday wants to continue with the process, and we've scheduled the second interview for next Monday!

I don’t care if I don’t get to work in tech anymore, I just want to be a corporate baddie 😂 – at Mississauga, Ontario
Finished my third interview for a C.S role at a FinTech company and I'm feeling pretty good about it! Their hiring process has been absolutely amazing as well!
I'm also going to spend day at the new Microsoft HQ in Toronto on Thursday!
Talk about a great start to the week! – at Toronto, Ontario
I'm back! Did ya miss me😜
Had to take a break due to life kicking my butt. We're back to the grind of #learning, #networking, and getting a new career! – at Mississauga, Ontario

I'm alive! Had to give myself a few days to adjust to new meds but I've kept myself busy! I enjoyed learning about #Cloud, #Agile, and using ZenHub to create and execute Sprints. Maybe I'll learn Linux & shell script next or try my hand at UX design 🤔

For anyone interested in the differences. Grant and federal awards are typically how fellowships are paid. You generally are leveraging industry and academic experiences to meet a programmatic need/requirement on the grant/award.
