I wish Fox would have shown the 1st pitch with Yount and Selig.
Yelich was the key factor in this win when he drove in the 1st run with the triple and scored the 2nd run
It was awesome that Megill was able to regain his focus when the game ending double play was overturned
Can you all believe it?! The MILWAUKEE BREWERS are going to the World Series!! So proud of this team, all they do is battle! Let’s go
I’m hoping not! I hope both sides know that they will both lose way more than what they think they will get!
@DonAugust38 Thanks for the autograph and lovely note, I will put your book on my reading list as a player that went through the 1994 strike do you think baseball is headed towards a lockout?
Exciting extra innings win by the Brewers, clutch hit by Bauers to win the game. The Brewers need to keep both Bauers and Vaughn in the lineup, Murphy put Vaughn at 3rd base, I hope to see him there again tomorrow.
Great outing by our newest Big Red Head Dustin May, 6 innings 2 runs - the W! My all time favorite Brewers red heads: Bryan Clutterbuck, Ron Robinson, and Jay Aldrich.
Well Brewers fans we didn’t get the big prize, at least we didn’t give up the farm now. Let’s move forward, get some help in the next day and a half, and win a World Series anyway! If not, the MLB is going to have to make some changes or else.
I’m watching the NBC Sunday Night baseball game where Bob Costas gave a big push on how Don Mattingly should be in the Hall of Fame, I totally agree
Don August retweeted
Q: Who was the winning pitcher in the first game played at SkyDome?
A: Don August, the starter for the Brewers in their 5-3 win over the Jays.
August also pitched for the Vancouver Canadians, London Tigers and Calgary Cannons.
He turns 63 today.
Happy Birthday!
@DonAugust38
The Miz lost today by using his secondary pitch, the cutter. I think he’s trying to develop another pitch off his 104 mph fastball. Today it cost him, but if he develops the cutter he will be even more deadly. One step back today two steps forward later.
