To anyone on Roblox who’s thinking of verifying their age that’s over 18 or looks over 18, DO NOT. If you’re already in 18+ age groups, try and change it. People in 18-20 or 21+ age groups like me have been getting CE or CS bans for hardly any reason. I’ve had this for 6 months
I would also like to add this, this is why I’m urging people to change their age group especially if you were incorrectly placed in 18+ age groups.

This is good to hear and I’m glad Roblox is addressing the issue even if they legally can not disclose everything about how their system works.
However, for those that have gotten Enforcement Banned (EF Ban) like me, what does this mean for us?
Will Roblox be revisiting previous account-association bans, or are we expected to continue appealing through the same channels that have already failed to provide a meaningful review?

Roblox has issued an official statement on the DevForum regarding account bans.
Some of the things they say they're going to improve on:
- Clearer ban notices.
- More proportionate Marketplace consequences (flagged terms in items or experiences)
- Grace period for games available in Roblox select
- New Issues & Appeals page (more than one person can view violates and file appeals for games under groups)
- Expanded appeal eligibility (more specific appeal types for your ban notice)

Roblox had time to carefully craft a response, telling the community exactly what it wanted to hear.
Large content creators bring attention to the situation, Roblox steps in, puts on a convincing display of accountability, and gives players a false sense of security that something is finally being done.
Then, just days later, players realize nothing has actually changed. Enforcement bans continue, accounts are still being linked to people they don’t know, and innocent players are still paying the price.
So Roblox makes another announcement.
Only this time, instead of addressing the problem, they choose to manipulate the narrative, deflect accountability, and double down.
Think about that.

Roblox is once again claiming that you won't get enforcement banned for using an external Wi-Fi connection.
If this is true Roblox, then the other signals you have to identify ban evasion are not accurate. We have seen this happen time and time again to innocent players.
1,100,000~ players have been banned just last month. Will they have a human review their appeals? No.

reading the rtc dms can really upset me. we get thousands of messages, and it isn't just "unban me" but just wanting a fair review because they do not even know WHY they are banned.

I didn't think it was possible, but Roblox will uphold a false enforcement ban even in arbitration. For the sole reason that they, themselves, can't prove the account doesn't belong to the user.

How many appeals do people have to spam before someone actually reviews their case?
How many days do they have to spend posting publicly just to get an admins attention?
And how many people are supposed to sit in complete silence and gamble on whether they’ll randomly wake up unbanned?

The community, major creators, and official consumer protection bureaus are all highlighting a massive systemic issue where automated bots are causing widespread distress across the entire global player base.
The facts from this month alone show a clear pattern:
1. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has officially issued an "F" rating against Roblox due to a pattern of complaints and over 5,296 customer reports being left completely unanswered by human support.
2. Official federal court records show that over 180 lawsuits from families have been consolidated in court, and major complaints regarding user protection, including significant actions in New York and Los Angeles, are moving forward to full trials.
3. Top influencers like KreekCraft have openly documented the new rogue "Enforcement Ban" waves, showing that thousands of long-standing accounts are being locked simultaneously due to automated system glitches.
This is a shared crisis for the entire community, where human verification has been completely replaced by loops of automated templates. A clear example of this broken infrastructure is account "uwusiaraxz". The account was permanently banned over a simple, neutral Polish keyboard typo ("jaap") that the AI blindly matched to an English slur, completely missing the language barrier.
Furthermore, a valid EU DSA appeal was submitted perfectly on time on June 7th (Ticket ID: 172054935). However, due to administrative delays on Roblox's side, the ticket was left unanswered for months. Now, automated support replies simply copy-paste a template claiming it is "too late" because 6 months have passed.
This is not a complaint or a conflict, but a request for fairness for the whole community. I kindly ask the @EU_Commission to take these widespread community facts into consideration regarding digital platform safety, and I hope @Roblox and @DavidBaszucki can allow a human moderator to look into ticket 172054935 to resolve this automated misunderstanding.
