Lil bit of a theory, since they're working on reframing the the shadowlands. Anima can be seen within Ra-den's open wounds, it is likely that anima is the same between SL and MoP, but in different states of being. As we know Anima means Life AND Soul.

the art team does miss they couldnt really miss with amirdrassil/belameth because the aesthetic is solved but if u paint valdrakken white and gold u get new silvermoon (and if u make new silvermoon grey and green u get valdrakken)

The other day I was thinking how amazing Rexxar’s transmog would be if, with Forever, they brought back Warcraft’s identity and we got race-specific transmogs based on Warcraft, using the game’s colour palettes. Nelf looking like nelfs at all.

On top of the world destroying story that 12.1 used as a launch pad of 12.0.7 which had a fan favorite character acting out of character for the sake of progressing "the story we want to tell" as well harming the lore of BOTH trolls and elves in their ENTIRETIES

Poor M+ dungeon pool + frustrating raid. But imo the story is the worst part. It's egregious, especially when we predicted beat for best a year before the expansion came out. Had plenty of time to pivot, which they seem to have done with 12.1.5's BIG story beat.
