It's not uncommon for people to take to this platform to voice frustrations with poor customer service. Today I want to give some positive feedback to the team at @WHOOP I bought Whoop band last year and quickly realized it wasn't what I was looking for so I returned it.

Whoop comes with a subscription system and when I purchased it year 1 of the subscription was included and then auto-subscribe was set-up for the renewal. Well after I returned the band I forgot to cancel the subscription (my bad).

Recently that auto-subscribe feature kicked in to the tune of $364/year. Steep for a product I had returned a year ago and never used. Thanks fully the @whoop team rectified the situation - zero questions asked and a refund was issued next day. Kudos!
