The category of "conspiracy theory" has taken a very important position in our society. Whether one believes any aspect of one theory or not, the category is a polarizing gatekeeper that turns the lens back on us.
AI can be used for good, yes. But the greatest opportunity for equality ever? AI is the way to free humanity? You just may have a lot to learn from these students, Vinod.
The stupidity of these @Stanford students to take the greatest opportunity for equality in humanity ever and to really free humanity and go walk out on @google and @sundarpichai that's pioneered that. Biased, idiotic, short-sighted and very selfish. Selfish because they ignored the bottom 3 billion people on this planet that could benefit from AI and they are worried about their misinformed selfish self-interest.

The brain of healthcare today is the Flexner report of 1910. But Flexner didn't seem to understand that what he was calling science was based in philosophy. Trillions of dollars in funding later, we have healthcare based on the belief that a human being is a bunch of parts.
Consciousness was never mystical.
