Today's decision by the International Court of Justice (#ICJ) ordering #Israel to halt its offensive on #Rafah in southern Gaza and to reopen the Rafah crossing is another confirmation of how catastrophic the situation is and of the desperate need for humanitarian aid to be scaled up immediately.
We have been calling for an immediate and sustained #ceasefire in Gaza since the beginning of this war and have been alerting on the disastrous consequences of this offensive on Rafah since it was announced for the first time in February.

Seeing a lot of scabies in clinic these days with a rise in non response to typical creams (permethrin).
Greatest tip is to take an antihistamine when being treated as the itch can continue for some time after appropriate treatment.
Retreatment can often aggravate this itch!
Scabies is a skin condition caused by a tiny mite that gets under the skin and lays eggs. It is:
➡️very common
➡️passed by skin-to-skin or sexual contact with a person who has scabies
➡️easily spread - so it should be treated quickly ➡️not usually a serious condition
