Greetings Cybertronians! I think an updated introduction is in order!
I'm Doctor Lockdown, AKA Estelle. Aussie transfemme Transformers fan, who does awful toy reviews on da Youtubes (and sometimes other things). Ten years on, and I still have no clue what I'm doing.
Three years is a long time; a lot can happen within it.
Expectations can rise to ridiculous levels, and sometimes it can be hard to reach
Can this release live up to the hype? Especially in this new budget-cut era?
Review #198, AOTP Armada Jetfire, OUT NOW!
Finally, after basically seventeen hours of work, AOTP Armada Jetfire is complete and ready for release.
Apologies for the delay. There's actually an explanation for why I took so much time off in the video.
But either way, really proud of this one. Its good to be back.
"Yeah I think it would be really funny to dress up as a girl tomorrow for Halloween"
- some "guy" I overheard at the table next to me while having dinner
I give her a week tops.
Not me realising while filming that the reason I'm so into nice clickety ratchet joints is an autism thing and it's a stim/fidget you thing.
God damnit.
Serious talk, please share around if you can.
You may have noticed video production has gone down recently as I've covering for ill and injured coworkers. Well, today, you have the opportunity to help them.
My colleague and friend Luna needs knee surgery, and is unable to
go through the usual routes for financing. I won't go into further details as its not my place, but she could really use your help.
If you're able to do so, please consider donating to assist her surgery. Luna has been one of the most supportive people at my workplace, both
before and after coming out, and I just want to see her in recovery as swiftly as possible.
Many thanks.
