It’s been a great year - we couldn’t have done it without the team at @dublinmarathon - the #PowerOfSupport is their hashtag and they actually deliver this themselves in supporting local athletes trying to improve! Big THANK YOU to @ACTISNACK for their support too! 2 of 2.

7 days since the AMAZING @dublinmarathon 2023! Lots of reflections and appreciation for our athletes who went out there, put it on the line and crossed the finish line with their own stories! It’s been memorable! 8 athletes took to the start line! 6 PB’s & 2 sub 3’s! 1 of 2.

Irish Life Dublin Marathon - DONE! ✅ What a day for our @ACTISNACK supported #DreamRunDublin23 athletes! We’ll delve into the detail over the next few days, but for now… let’s just appreciate reaching that amazing Dublin finish line! #PowerOfSupport WELL DONE EVERYONE! 👏

It’s @dublinmarathon day! All those miles run, those physical and mental battles fought, all for today! It’s been worth it… you’ll know that when you cross the finish line today, a marathon hero! Do yourself proud, you deserve it! 👏 GOOD LUCK everyone! @ACTISNACK

Are you @dublinmarathon bound!? How’s your training and racing going!? Our #DreamRunDublin23 athletes have been racing at the Belfast Half Marathon and the Dublin Half Marathon; these events fell perfectly to allow for a half marathon race ahead of Dublin! @ACTISNACK

Yesterday, we were back at the brilliant @bfastvictoriapr for our latest @DreamRunProject meet up! The session: 3 x 5k; the 1st & 3rd at paces set by @ppmarathon - 2nd 5k a hard effort at parkrun! The pics are from before and after the session, can you tell which is which? 🤪
