This @Tesla Model 3 owned by @Drive_Protected is now 3.6% of the way to completing its 1 million km (621,371 mi) goal. It will be driving non-stop for a couple of years till it reaches its goal. Here’s the stats so far after 56 days: • 22,294 total miles driven • 400 mi daily average • 248 Wh/mi • 92% on FSD • 240 Charging Sessions • 16 min avg Supercharging time The point of this test is to showcase how long Teslas can really last with non-stop driving, and charging. This is pretty epic.

Not bad mileage in the Lightning tonight as I head to Fargo, ND for the night. Also parked up beside a Lucid Gravity also taking advantage of the hotel charging!

Been almost a week of Lightning ownership and have already put on over 500 miles. Here is my take on going from daily driving many Tesla's over the last 4 years to going to a non Tesla EV. Pros: The truck drives like a dream. Faster than it has any business being, the cabin room feels like a hotel room, the ride is super comfortable, the storage space in the frunk is MASSIVE and the charging (although not class leading in any regard) is really good. Cons: You can tell that Ford is a vehicle manufacturer first and foremost and they made an average attempt at putting software in the truck. The software (route planning, battery pre conditioning, etc) does everything you need it to do, its just not intuitive at all and you really need to train yourself to know where to look for everything. Final annoyance is having to go back to a physical key again. I have never appreciated a phone key more than I do now haha. Definitely lacks the point to point autonomy, but for me that has never been a deal breaker in a vehicle as I enjoy driving my vehicles and have only utilized FSD when driving on long road trips or using when driving in a city I am unfamiliar with. In summary, I genuinely believe @Ford will be the first legacy automaker to figure out how to build profitable EV's the masses want to own when the Fathom comes out. Its a shame they axed the Lightning as the F-150 is such an amazing truck from top to bottom. Looking forward to many years of Lightning ownership.
Day 1 of Lightning ownership. This 2025 Ford Lightning Flash in Antimatter Blue with the 131kWh battery pack is such an incredible daily driver so far. I needed a vehicle with more room and a box to haul stuff with. Super thankful for our local Ford dealer who took this truck on trade and instantly thought of me when finding its next owner. Also, huge thanks to @Mattlinn01 and @brandenflasch for answering the various Lightning ownership questions I had before pulling the trigger on this unit. Now the real question… do I level the front end and go crazy on the mods? It’s also going to get a complete colour change wrap once I land on a colour to wrap it.

I gave @mylestoamillion the challenge of breaking my one day driving record of 1,730 km (1,075 miles) that I did last month. He did well and I know he doesn’t like to lose so I anticipate my record won’t last long…
Day 48 - unsuccessful attempt to beat @Drive_Protected FSD day of 1,730km in one day... tomorrow is another day....well, I won't be trying again tomorrow but soon.

Day 49 - took a side quest to slay the Tail of the Dragon. I let Myles drive us (FSD) through the 318 curves over 11 miles. I feel slightly robbed of the experience, and also slightly car sick.

Looks like @mylestoamillion is running out of real estate for state and provincial decals on the Road To a Million car. Door jambs and under the trunk next??

Crazy to see just how much ground @mylestoamillion has covered in just six weeks… From Winkler to Dawson City, Yukon then down to Mile 0 of the Trans Canada highway in Victoria, BC then all the way to St. John’s, Newfoundland. And now down in Key West, Florida. Where next? Hint 🎶 🍕
Day 47 - made it to Key West! Southernmost point in the continental USA! Tomorrow....???? Gotta call @Drive_Protected to find out.

After dropping a bunch of weight and dealing with a myriad of shoulder and pec issues I’m happy to see I can still push 315 on bench press
