Be prepared, guys, because youโre going to see these trends quite a lot now, and you know why?
Because the oldest Gen Z woman is about to turn 30 next year, and a bunch of women also hate working. Not every woman has an email job, and the ones who do will end up losing it within the next few years.
And you know what else will happen?
You will see a bunch of promiscuous women entering churches in record numbers while most good men leave, just like how they left the nightlife, and just like how they are careful around all the tripods in the gyms from women who are recording for their 500 followers on Instagram.
You will read headlines like "women are becoming God fearing, why aren't the men doing the same?"
As a result, you will have the media bashing men even more for โnot stepping upโ and โnot wanting marriageโ with these women, when in reality theyโre just avoiding promiscuous women as a whole who will grift off Christianity.
You will hear a lot of Scripture being used against you, specially when you state that you don't want a woman who slept around and it will typically be this verse: Matthew 7:1: โDo not judge, or you too will be judged.โ
And you know what else is funny about this whole trend you're going to see? They're still all feminists because the option of being a feminist will always be there, given it's already encoded in society.

Do you know how crazy it is that some of the tribal identities we are so fixated on were engineered by Oyinbo?
Letโs use the โYoruba peoplesโ tribal identity as an instance.
The Yoruba tribal peoplehood was artificially engineered for easier colonial administration.
We were not a monolithic group. The แบธkiti, รndรณ, รjแบนฬbรบ, แบธgba, รjแบนฬแนฃร , รgbรณmรฌnร and others were not always โYorubas.โ
If you time-travelled to 1825 and insisted that an แบธgba person was Yoruba, they might not only be confused โ it is likely that they could be offended.
Treating Yoruba as an ancient, primordial tribe is anachronistic and historically indefensible.
It is well documented that the word โYorubaโ was an exonym โ a tag given by outsiders. Ahmad Baba of Timbuktu used โYaribaโ around 1613โ1615 for the Oyo. Northern traders (Hausa and others) applied it specifically to the Oyo peoples.
In fact, there is no evidence of self-use of the word Yoruba by the precolonial Oyo peoples themselves as a broad ethnic label, and none whatsoever among the non-Oyo groups.
During the Kiriji Wars (1877โ1893), the แบธkiti-Parapแป alliance (แบธkiti, รjแบนฬแนฃร and allies including elements of รjแบนฬbรบ, แบธgba, รgbรณmรฌnร and others) fought the Ibadan military state (heir to Oyo imperial power) for autonomy. It was not Yoruba fighting Yoruba โ they were independent nations fighting to protect their sovereignty.
So how did everyone become Yoruba?
The colonialists homogenized all of us by mechanically standardizing the แปฬyแปฬ-รbร dร n speech into a uniform, artificial written language called Yorรนbรก รjรนmแปฬlรฒ.
Samuel Ajayi Crowtherโs 1843 Vocabulary of the Yoruba Language (and subsequent Bible work) was based on the Oyo dialect. To save money on printing Bibles and schoolbooks, European recategorized distinct languages as โlocal dialects.โ
Then, through Lord Lugardโs Native Authority system after the 1914 Amalgamation (formalized in the Native Authority Ordinance of 1916 and later revisions), the British state turned this missionary work into a tool of governance.
Our ancestors became stuck in rigid โtribalโ census categories, they appointed standardized rulers to collect taxes, and turned sovereign citizens of independent city-states and republics into predictable, manageable colonial subjects.
Yes, this identity is real today. But its reality is relatively modern, administrative, and politically charged, not primordial.
Many of us mistakenly wear our tribal identity as though it were a sacrosanct, eternal or primordial delineation: it is not.
Like the Yoruba tribal categorization, many others are just neat little folders they fostered to organize us.
If it was a bond formed for your enemyโs convenience, then it is malleable enough to be reformed for strategic survival, defense, and collective prosperity.

In 1976, Nigerian journalist Sam Ogun confessed to DRUM that he had spent nearly 10 years spying on Nigeria for the CIA. He also warned that many other Nigerians were being recruited to infiltrate different sectors of the country. He told the magazine, "The CIA has so many arms or branches โ trade union organisations, educational institutions, cultural organisations. The CIA is the father and through these organisations which are sent to Africa to help developing countries. The agents or officers of these organisations use their organisations as covers to spy for the CIA." Ogun said Nigerians could be recruited without knowing it, benefiting directly or indirectly from development programmes run by organisations he claimed were linked to foreign intelligence networks. "You don't apply to be an agent or spy. You are spotted, trailed, and an assessment is made of you without your knowing," he said. His own career as a spy began in the early 1960s, when he worked as an "information officer" for the American Motion Picture Export Company. An American film distributor known as Jack paid him to write reviews of foreign films for local newspapers, which were then forwarded to New York. Ogun said that was how he was first placed on a payroll. He later confessed to spying on foreign diplomats, trade unionists, civil servants, students and fellow journalists. He said he was trained to use a camera and a pocket-sized tape recorder designed for espionage. Ogun eventually retired from spying and explained his decision to confess: "I found out by myself the evil the CIA had been doing to Africa."
