It is our unbearably sad duty to inform you that Jeff Rowland has passed away.
Jeff was unbelievably talented, outrageously funny and unfailingly kind. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jeff’s loved ones during this period of heartbreak and mourning.
Rest in peace, Jeff.

We’re deeply saddened to hear about the death of local artist and friend of St Oswald’s Jeff Rowland. He was a kind, generous and talented man. He will be hugely missed.
