To add to this, only ever let them eat while their characters are eating. Suddenly your players will be much more available and you'll be able to play multiple times a week! If you want to be truly immersive, extend this rule to using the bathroom as well. #dnd #dnd5e #ttrpg

My Dnd group started talking about trapping villains in bags of holding It turned into a conversation about trying to rig them up to butterfly nets so you could swing them at enemies I'm pretty sure this is how the next session is going to go #dnd #dnd5e #ttrpg

Honestly the only thing I can say is to just go reach out even if it is scary. A lot of the people I've introduced to the hobby have said they were interested but didn't know anyone else to play with. I think it's a fairly common experience.

Have you ever had to throw a boss fight away because your players got crits on them in the 1st round of combat? As much as the idea to increase their HP to make the fight still happen seems enticing, it also removes player agency when the DM denies their good luck #ttrpg #dnd
