This is a formal request for Susie Wiles and James Blair to stop harassing me with texts and calls.
If there is a factual inaccuracy in what I said, send it to me in writing and I will vigorously correct and apologize for any misstatements. I will note that everything I said is substantiated by other senior officials.
If you want to file a lawsuit and get into discovery of whether it’s provably true that Ballard and Continental had an undue influence on the White House policy process, do it.
I believe we are in an existential moment for the country, and Americans were owed an honest accounting of the past two years so we identify the problems we need to move on from.

The story keeps getting crazier. To recap everything that has been reported so far:
- The US intelligence community discovered that Jensen Huang, the CEO of the largest company in the world, was sleeping with Alice Huang, a Chinese spy and an executive at Megaspeed. (FT)
- Multiple independent investigations have concluded that Megaspeed is likely a Chinese cutout, which helps Chinese companies access AI chips or circumvent export controls. (NYT and Bloomberg)
- The US intelligence community also concluded that Alice Huang’s goal was to convince Jensen to lobby the U.S. government to loosen export controls on advanced AI chips. (NYT)
- The intelligence community relayed this information to “a small group of top US government officials” earlier this year. (FT)
- Over the last year, Jensen Huang has repeatedly lobbied the U.S. government to loosen export controls on advanced chips. @BISgov has done so, not only by permitting the export of H200 chips to China, but also not enforcing export controls that would have required a license for exports of the most advanced Blackwell chips to Megaspeed and Southeast Asia.
- Although @CommerceGov leadership was presumably briefed on this information by the U.S. intelligence community, @BISgov has taken no actions to tighten controls on Megaspeed or Southeast Asia.
- Megaspeed remains a preferred cloud partner of Nvidia, and continues to receive Nvidia Blackwell chips despite employing a Chinese spy who reportedly is romantically engaged with the CEO of Nvidia.
- Tens of billions of dollars worth of AI chips have been exported to Southeast Asia this year alone, and Malaysia and Singapore are now two of the four largest importers of AI chips in the world.
What is going on here??? We need answers. The question of who gets the most advanced AI chips in the world is literally the defining strategic question of our time. And not only does it seem like the MSS may be directly influencing the debate on export controls in the United States, but also @CommerceGov is refusing to listen to the warnings of the IC on this issue. What is a POSSIBLE good explanation for why Megaspeed is still receiving chips? Why is there not a license requirement for AI chip shipments to all of Southeast Asia? This is beyond strange at this point.
The fallout from this story will be massive. Obviously, the motivations underpinning Nvidia’s policy views opposing export controls must now all be questioned. But also, how did @BISgov sit on this information and has still taken no actions? We need answers.
US intelligence agencies believe @Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang had romantic relationship with alleged Chinese spy

I called it a whole year ago‼️
Megaspeed CEO Huang Xiaole (黄小乐) aka Alice Huang, a Chinese businesswoman who had a close relationship with Jensen Huang, was found to be a Chinese intelligence asset funneling information to Beijing. President Trump was briefed and took no action.
American spy agencies had gathered striking intelligence. Surveillance of Alice Huang revealed that she had developed a close relationship with Jensen Huang, Nvidia’s chief executive.
The discovery that Beijing was getting reports from someone with direct access to Jensen Huang set off alarms at the White House.
Roughly a year ago, Trump was briefed about the intelligence findings, which have not been previously reported, and chose not to do anything with the information. Trump has been wary of disrupting Nvidia’s chip sales, which are helping to drive the economy and the stock market, and of further complicating the trading relationship with China.
American officials already suspected that Alice Huang was helping China evade constraints on its ability to gain access to advanced AI chips.
But the revelation that she was feeding information directly to Beijing raised more troubling possibilities. And it left questions about whether she could be gleaning information about Nvidia, which as much as any company accounts for the lead the US has maintained in developing cutting-edge AI models.
Jensen Huang has not received a defensive briefing, warnings sometimes given to Americans who are being targeted by foreign intelligence services.
The surveillance of Alice Huang continues, and companies that have been affiliated with her continued this year to purchase Nvidia chips.
When Trump was initially briefed on the intelligence last year, U.S. officials did not believe the Nvidia executive knew that Jensen Huang was gathering information for the Chinese. It is unclear whether intelligence officials have since updated their assessment, but some senior officials inside the Trump administration doubt that Jensen Huang could have remained unaware of what they had concluded was her intel-gathering role for China.
The previous reporting about Alice Huang described her meteoric and somewhat mysterious rise. A Chinese businesswoman and investor, she eventually became a top official with Megaspeed, which the Commerce Department, toward the end of the Biden administration, began to suspect was helping China evade US prohibitions and gain access to the computing power of Nvidia chips.
The US government has been investigating Megaspeed since late 2024, when a Commerce Department official visited its data center in Malaysia and found the site to be suspicious. The Nvidia equipment was still packed in boxes, suggesting it was being shipped in or out rather than installed there.
Singapore has conducted its own investigation into Megaspeed. In 2025, Singaporean authorities brought Alice Huang in for questioning, but subsequently released her.
The Commerce Department investigation into Megaspeed was handed over this year to the Justice Department.
Megaspeed is among the firms in Southeast Asia that buy chips to build data centers and then rent their computing power to companies in China.
Megaspeed is essentially a middle man. It has bought Nvidia chips from Aivres, the US arm of 🇨🇳 Inspur, which has been blacklisted for funneling technology to the Chinese military, though Aivres remains free of sanctions.
Megaspeed has then provided that computing power to Alibaba and other Chinese companies. US officials believe the firm is one piece of a sprawling international effort by Chinese companies to access the chips needed to build and run AI. Investigators suspect that some Nvidia chips acquired by Megaspeed are also finding their way illegally into China.

Stephen Miller, Trump’s new Chief of Staff, in 2003: “Torture is a celebration of human life and dignity.”
🇨🇦 CANADIANS: STOP PANICKING ABOUT IMMIGRATION. LOOK AT THE ACTUAL NUMBERS.
There is an enormous amount of misinformation circulating about Canada's immigration and population outlook.
Let's separate the facts from the fear.
1. The 380,000 immigration target is NOT 380,000 new arrivals.
Canada plans to grant permanent residency to 380,000 people annually between 2027 and 2029.
But many already live, work, pay taxes and occupy homes in Canada.
A temporary worker receiving permanent residency doesn't add another person to the population. Only their immigration status changes.
2. Canada's temporary resident population is already SHRINKING.
Statistics Canada reports:
October 2024: 2.98 million non-permanent residents.
July 2025: 2.93 million.
July 2026: 2.78 million.
That's a decline of approximately 205,000 from the October 2024 peak.
The expansion has reversed.
3. Ottawa is explicitly converting existing residents to permanent status.
The November 5, 2026 immigration plan includes a special initiative allowing up to 200,000 people already living in Canada to transition to permanent residency by the end of 2027.
These are not 200,000 additional people arriving at the border.
4. New temporary resident arrivals are being sharply reduced.
Canada recorded approximately 972,000 new temporary resident arrivals in 2023.
The target for 2027 is 370,000.
That's a planned reduction of approximately 62%.
5. What matters is NET POPULATION GROWTH.
New arrivals minus departures, combined with births minus deaths.
A declining temporary resident population does not necessarily mean everyone has departed. Some have simply become permanent residents.
But it clearly demonstrates that Canada's previous period of extraordinarily rapid temporary-resident expansion is ending.
Now the real story, are we about to run out of workers?

No JD Vance, it wasn't just the war that had the GOP losing.
It was the tariffs and inflation.
It was the gross corruption and vile behavior.
It was ICE beating up, detaining, and killing peaceful people.
It was the political games you played around the Epstein Files.
It was the insistence on focusing on ballrooms and decorating the Oval Office and complaining about the Nobel Prize and late night posting of AI slop on Truth Social while millions of Americans are struggling to make ends meet.
It was the isolation from our allies and trading partners as we cozy up to China and Russia.
It was the arrests of supposed "vandals" at the reflecting pool when we all know that was BS.
And yes, it was also the War in Iran.
This and so much more is why the GOP lost. They got drunk with power and ignored everything else.
They deserved to lose.
