This is a “grease skip” at a sewage works. We separate all the fats, oils and grease (we call it FOG) into this. And it is FULL!🥴
Please. Don’t pour leftover FOG from cooking down the sink. Let it cool. Then scrape it into the bin.

This is what 200 tonnes of wipes and fat looks like after we’ve removed it from our sewers!
We cleaned out the sewers in Southend-on-Sea in Essex and we found unflushable material in the pipes weighing the equivalent of two blue whales. 🐳🐳
